Fear of the Fairness Doctrine being brought back is probably overblown

Report: new Fairness Doctrine would face high legal hurdle

 

Many conservative voices on Talk Radio have probably been involved in some Fear-Mongering of their own with respect to the Fairness Doctrine.

 

Some have even said that Blogging would even be targeted by the Liberals but I’m not sure how anything could be done about the spread of our independent voices on the Internet.
