This vintage 1942 Russian Mosin Nagant has been thoroughly modernized with a new synthetic Monte Carlo stock, synthetic neoprene sling, muzzle compensator, piccatiny rail which replaces the standard sights and finally a scope.  I need to get a bent charging handle before I head out to the range, but it’s getting really close.

I guess things have gotten so good in the War against Terror (otherwise known as the War against Islam Extremists) that jokes about 9/11 are fair game.  Last weekends Correspondents Dinner, an Obama guest, Wanda Sykes certainly thought it was acceptable to make jokes about 9/11.  It’s going to be a big joke when the recent Obama Administration attacks on the Intelligence Community, and their pandering to Muslim’s and Dictators makes us a target for Terrorist attacks once more. Ha Ha Ha.  The joke is on us.
